In Neighborhood Logistics Centers™, the customer lobby is designed to be a neat and organized area to display products for sales and provide a shipping counter. In the back, storage space accommodates the estimated 150 to 200 items dropped off each month for eBay postings.
iSold it Neighborhood Logistics Center™—your store is located in a high traffic shopping center typically anchored by a supermarket or “big box” retailer. This location brings thousands of potential customers to the center where signage and advertising brings people into your store as well as promotion and marketing. The iSold It Neighborhood Logistics Center features auction services on eBay and Amazon, but also includes retail products and services that include packaging, shipping, copying/printing, mailbox service, ink cartridge sales and much more. The store targets consumers and small businesses needing a source for selling items online and convenient, times saving products and services.
Auction Support Depot
In Auction Support Depots, the customer lobby is 15% or less of the total store space. The lobby also is an area where several items listed for auction are displayed. Most of the space is dedicated to temporary storage of items listed on eBay, Amazon, and other ecommerce sites. This space is designed with limited retail features and focuses the customer’s attention on the sophistication and professionalism of online auction support.
iSold It Auction Support Depot—your store is located a mix-use or off the primary retail areas where nearby businesses include manufacturing and storage and shipping companies. Other neighbors include professional and service businesses. This location is intended to lower your ongoing occupancy cost, yet must be easy to find and convenient for customers to visit. The key talents and skills needed include direct outbound sales, business-to-business marketing, and analyzing target consumer demographics to focus marketing campaigns.
All new iSold It stores are turnkey facilities. They are typically installed and fully equipped within 45 days after you sign a lease for space. Turnkey means the stores are entirely installed with fixtures, flooring, décor, business equipment, software, supplies and inventory for retail sales. Following your nine days of training delivered in two sessions you will be ready to open for business and promote to customer prospects. From the day you sign our franchise agreement though your franchisee relationship iSold It will provide hands-on guidance as part of our mentoring program.
