Ongoing Product and Service Development

iSold It works with vendors and other companies to bring new products to stores. New products and services are always tested in “live action” store trials. If a new feature makes it through our testing process, stores are offered the product or service as an optional addition.

New stores will be provided the new feature as a part of their installation. Our focus is always on enhancing the Neighborhood Logistics Center™ that provides needed services to small businesses and consumers willing to pay for convenience and trusted service.

Recent tested and introduced new products include:

• Purchase and selling of used video games, music, and movies on CDs or DVDs, textbooks either in hardcopy of on disc. This feature has brought many new customers to our stores and increased sales at profitable margins.
• Re-manufactured ink cartridges. These items are being offer over-the-counter as retail items and listed for sale online.
